Ingredients
Great Value Pizza Crust – Bought from Walmart until I learn how to make my own crust. But for time and simplicity, I stick with this.
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese – King Soopers – The single most important and expensive ingredient. The only true reason why the pizza is so fantastic. The better the cheese you get, the better the pizza will be.
1 Roma Tomato – thinly sliced
Prego Artisan Four Cheese Alfredo Sause – Just thinking about drizzling this over a pizza about to go into the oven is enough to drive anyone to immediate hunger!
Italian Shredded Cheese – Makers choice really
Additional Fresh Ingredients – Chopped green peppers and onions often get thrown into the mix
Additional Meat Ingredients – We rock pepperoni occasionally
Additional Seasonings – Italian Herb, Red Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Roll and press out dough to desired thickness on a greased cookie sheet – season with Italian Herbs for added taste
Place chopped ingredients liberally with sliced mozzarella cheese on top and below and wherever your mouth will go. Also, add your optional meat choice now.
Sprinkle your choice of shredded cheese on top
Drizzle and dollop Prego Artisan Four Cheese Alfredo Sause – beware, the more the sloppier!
Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese is melted
Don’t forget the red pepper!
